You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item if:

Returned items must be:

  • Not excessively worn, misused, or altered

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

2. Non-returnable Items

Certain categories cannot be returned due to hygiene or custom nature:

  • Clearance / final sale items

  • Products with signs of heavy use

3. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method

  • Processing may take 3–7 business days, depending on your bank

  • If an item is not eligible, we will notify you with clear reasoning

4. Exchanges

If the product is damaged or faulty, we can arrange a replacement at no additional charge.

5. Shipping Fees

  • Return shipping costs may apply unless the issue was our responsibility
